I can never remember a time when I didn't sing.  At five years old, I remember following my Mother down a cotton row, singing and making up songs.  As a teenager, I started making music and writing songs in earnest.  I wrote about the things I knew best.  Home, work, family devotion, and things spiritual and patriotic.  Nowadays I write about Cowboys and the things that make their lifestyle so unique.

I wrote seven of the songs on this album.  the title song "Waltz of the Rainbows" was written especially for Janet, my lifetime partner, and light of my life.  Then to fill out the album, I chose some of my favorite classics.

"Whispering Hope" is my Mother's favorite, and "Prairie Lullaby" for my wife Janet.  Through the years, they have been my two most ardent cheerleaders.

Thanks to Emmit Brooks for his professional expertise and friendship and thanks to all the great musicians who helped make this album possible.  Then, last, but certainly not least, thanks to all my wonderful friends and loyal fans, who continue to give me a reason to keep doing what I love to do so much.  God bless you all.  Love,
